• All infrastructure is provided at the Mint Farm Industrial Park, and approximately 275 prime acres are available for immediate development.
• Utilities in place include electricity, water, sewer and storm water systems, natural gas pipes, and fiber optic communication systems. Area utilities can accommodate industrial client requirements, and the utility purveyors will work with companies regarding fees and rate structure.
